Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Pre-Owned Timepieces is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping beyond insurance coverage.

5. Returns and Warranty

Return Policy

• 14-day return period from delivery date
• Items must be in original condition
• Return authorization required
• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
• Refunds processed within 7 business days

Limited Warranty

• 6-month mechanical warranty on movement
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Normal wear and tear not covered
• Water damage voids warranty
• Warranty non-transferable

Pre-Owned Timepieces, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
